摘要
回顾医院感染与医务人员手卫生的关系、国内外医务人员手卫生依从性现状、影响手卫生依从性的因素等方面研究进展。通过改善手卫生设施、加强医疗机构手卫生文化建设、对医务人员落实培训和监督管理,促进知信行转化等措施,以提高医务人员手卫生的依从性,降低医院感染发生率,保障患者医疗安全。
In this paper, we review the latest research progress on the connection between hospital acquired infection and the hand hygiene of medical personnel, the current situation of the compliance of the hand hygiene of medical personnel home and abroad, and the factors that affect the compliance of the hand hygiene. By improving hand hygiene devices, strengthening the concept of hand hygiene, keeping educating and supervising the medical personnel, and promoting ＂acknowledge, belief and action＂, we can improve the compliance of the hand hygiene of medical personnel, lower hospital acquired infection rate and ensure the safety of patients.
