摘要 建立快速响应的电力应急机动通信系统可以有效地应对防洪、防台等各种自然灾害和突发事件,是妥善处理电网大面积停电事件应急预案的重要措施。文章基于海岛间电力系统主干光纤网通信备份的重大应用需求,结合无线光通信的技术特点,开展了用于海岛间无线光通信系统的高可靠通信关键技术研究,研制出适合海岛工作环境的无线光通信设备,并开展了5 km以内的通信业务测试。测试结果表明,电力业务可以安全透明地通过无线光通信系统进行传输,并满足电力业务应急传输需求。 The power emergency response system can effectively deal with the various natural disasters and emergencies, and it is an important measure of the emergency plan to deal with large area blackout. Based on the major application requirements of the main optical fiber network communication backup among islands and considering the technical characteristics of wireless communication, this paper studies the key technology of high reliable communication and develops an optical wireless communication system suit for the island environment. 5 km-communication experiment shows that the electric power business transmission can be achieved by the optical wireless communication system, which meets the requirement of electric power business emergence transmission.
