医院诊疗大数据的研究应用 被引量：6

摘要 医院诊疗大数据是开展临床研究的重要资源,但是因其数据质量没有得到控制、人群代表性差、非结构性数据大量存在、不能直接回答因果关系和纵向数据结构等特征,尚不能直接用于临床研究,需要做转化处理。通过筛选研究对象、适当补充收集资料、二次结构化和数据转置等研究设计和数据处理方法,能很好地将医院诊疗大数据转化为临床研究资料,供研究使用。
