摘要 利用该优化模型对H企业的服务质量进行系统分析和改进,得到了较理想的优化方案,证明了所建模型的应用价值。 This paper constructs a systematic optimization model for e-commerce service quality with the relevant theoretical basis and quality models in the field of e-commerce and quality management. The proposed e-commerce service quality optimization model is applied to the H enterprise and the applicability of the theoretical model is verified.
