摘要 目的了解北京市门头沟区H3N2亚型流感病病毒HA基因变异规律和进化趋势。方法随机选择2014年-2015年流感病原学监测中分离到的H3N2型毒株10株,采用RT-PCR法扩增病毒HA基因后序列测定,并与WHO推荐疫苗株进行比对、构建系统进化树。结果 2014年-2015年流感监测期间,北京市门头沟区人群中流感病毒以H3N2型占优势,通过分离到的10株病毒HA基因绘制种系发生树,表明这些毒株与WHO推荐的疫苗株A/Texas/50/2012相比,处于同一大分支上,不同的小分支上。结论北京市门头沟区2014年-2015年H3N2流感病毒HA基因特性与疫苗株虽然接近,但当年疫苗株大部分滞后流行株。 Objective To analyze the genetic variation and evolution characteristics of HA gene of human influenza viruses of H3N2 subtype in Mentougou district during 2014 -2015. Methods 10 strains of H3N2 influenza viruses isolated in influenza surveillance center during 2014 - 2015 were selected randomly. The HA genes were amplified by RT - PCR and then se- quenced. The data obtained were compared with the vaccine strains recommended by WHO, and phylogenetic tree of these strains were constructed. Results H3N2 influenza virus was the dominant pathogen in Mentougou district during 2014 -2015. A phylogenetic tree was drawn from the 10 strains of virus HA gene, indicating that these strains were in the same large branch as the WHO recommended vaccine strain A/Texas/50/2012, with different small branches. Conclusion The characteristics of HA gene of H3N2 influenza virus in Mentougou District of Beijing in 2014 are close to that of vaccine strain, but most of the vaccine strains are lagged behind.
