臭氧化生理盐水对神经病理性疼痛的影响 被引量:6

THE EFFECT OF OZONIZATION SALINE ON NERVE INJURY-INDUCED NEUROPATHIC PAIN IN RATS

摘要 目的:研究臭氧化生理盐水静脉注射对CCI(chronic constrictive injury)模型大鼠的镇痛作用。方法:造模前将大鼠分成臭氧组,模型组,假手术组三个组,右侧CCI手术处理成功后每组分配20只。连续21天进行药物和生理盐水注射。于术前1天,术后1、3、5、7、11、14、21天,8个时间点进行大鼠后足机械缩足反应阈值(paw withdraw threshold,PWT)和热缩足潜伏期(paw withdraw latency,PWL)检测。结果:与模型组比较,臭氧组大鼠右脚在术后第5、11、14和21天PWT值均显著性升高(均P<0.05);左脚在术后第3、11、14和21天(均P<0.05)PWT值显著性升高。与模型组比较,臭氧组大鼠右脚PWL值在术后第5、7、11和14天均明显延长(均P<0.05);左脚在术后第3、5、11和14天PWL值均明显延长(均P<0.05)。结论:静脉注射40μg/ml的臭氧化生理盐水对神经病理性疼痛有抑制作用。 Objective: To investigate the effect of intravenous injection of ozonization saline on neuropathic pain in CCI rat model. Methods: The SD rats were randomly divided into three groups(n = 20). Ozone group and Model group were operated according to CCI model and injected by ozonization saline(40 μg/ml, 5 ml/kg) and normal saline respectively. The sham group is CCI model without sciatic nerve constriction and injected by normal saline. The injection was administrated through caudal vein for 21 days. The bilateral paw withdraw threshold(PWL) and paw withdraw latency(PWT) were conducted at 1 d before and 1, 3, 5, 7, 11, 14 d and 21 d after surgery. Results: Compared with the model group, the right-PWT values of ozone group were significantly increased at 5, 11, 14 d and 21 d after surgery(P 0.05) and the same trend was observed in the left side at 3, 11, 14 d and 21 d after surgery(P 0.05). The right-PWLvalues of ozone group were significantly prolonged at 5, 7, 11 d and 14 d after surgery(P 0.05) and the left PWL-values were significantly prolonged at at 3, 5, 11 d and 14 d after surgery(P 0.05). Conclusion: Intravenous injection of Ozonization saline attenuated the development of neuropathic pain after nerve injury.
