摘要
目的 探讨护理文化建设在护理单元管理中的应用.方法 采用医院深厚的文化教育人,以患者的需求为导向,开展丰富多彩的多元文化学习,构建可提升专科、专业水平的护理文化氛围;通过以品管圈（QCC）为载体的小组文化活动,使护理质量管理更具科学化.结果 护理文化建设提升了护士的综合服务能力和水平,提高了护理质量,2013年和2014年通过第三方对护理单元的患者满意度调查结果 分别为98.9%,99.0%.结论 护理文化建设营造出蓬勃向上、奋发有为的良好工作氛围,促进了护士的成长和进步,促进了专科护理的发展.
Objective To explore the application of culture construction on nursing unit management. Methods We educated nurses with hospital＇s outstanding culture and carried out a variety of multicultural learning based on the need of patients, in order to construct comfortable nursing culture atmosphere which could improve the professional level. We also organized group cultural activities by quality control circle （ QCC） to make the nursing quality management more scientific. Results Nursing culture construction developed the comprehensive capabilities of nurses, and improved the nursing quality as well. The patients＇satisfactions were 98. 9% and 99. 0% in 2013 and 2014 respectively according to the investigations conducted by the third party. Conclusions The nursing culture construction established a vigorous, enthusiastic and comfortable working atmosphere, promoted the growth and progress of nurses as well as the development of specialized nursing.
