文章以铜陵有色集团ERP项目实施过程为研究对象,总结了大型集团企业ERP项目的特点,并分析了ERP项目实施过程中面临的主要风险,同时详细介绍了该项目实施过程中对重要风险的管控策略。
This paper taking Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group ERP project implementation process as the research object, summarizes the characteristics of large-scale enterprise group ERP project, and the main risks existing in the process of the implementation of the ERP project. Then the paper detailedly introduces the project implementation process of risk management and control strategy.
