摘要
在北京市第十水厂工程电气设计实践的基础上,论述了市政水处理行业电气节能设计的主要步骤和关键问题。完备的供配电系统可以减少其在运行中的能源损耗,实现其经济运转;先进、智能的电动机启动及运行方式可减小电网电压波动,降低损耗,提高电机在轻载时的效率及功率因数达到节能的目的;科学地设计了照明功率密度,分配不同区域的照度,选择节能光源,并充分利用太阳能,在满足生产构筑物对照明的功能性要求及各构筑物内部的照度水平、视觉环境和照明效果的前提下,最大限度地降低照明系统的电能消耗,使电气节能的概念落实到系统的最末端。
The main routine and method of the design of electric system energy-saving in municipal sewage plants was introduced,based on the case of the No. 10 Sewage Treatment Plant of Beijing. Complete and proper design of the power supply and distribution system can assure the minimum loss in its running and make it more economical. The optimized smart start-up and operating of the electromotor can reduce the fluctuation of voltage pressure of the grid and its energy loss. Raising the low duty efficiency and power factor of the motor can reduce the energy consumption as well. Finally,the designers should select a proper illumination power density and the lightness for different regions in the plant,choose the eco light source,and make good use of the solar energy,in order to reduce the energy cost as well as meet the illumination need of the facilities and the working stuff. Thus,the concept of energy conservation design can be realized to the final tip of the whole system.
