摘要
目的深入探讨在老年骨性关节炎的治疗中,中医骨科康复治疗方法的临床效果。方法选取2015年1—10月期间收治的60例老年骨性关节炎患者为研究对象,根据患者入院先后,将60例患者平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者行尼美舒利口服治疗,观察组患者行中医骨科综合康复治疗,然后就2组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果经过系统的治疗,2组患者在治疗总有效率、术后VAS评分和JOY评分以及不良反应发生率上比较,观察组均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年骨性关节炎的治疗中,采用中医骨科康复治疗方法,能够有效提高治疗效果,具有较好的临床价值,值得借鉴并推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TCM orthopedic rehabilitation in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis.Methods 60 cases of elderly patients with osteoarthritis in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2015 were selected. According to the admission order, they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given oral nimesulide. The observation group received TCM comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in the total effective rate, postoperative VAS score, JOY score and the incidence of adverse reactions, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM orthopedic rehabilitation in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, has a good clinical value, and is worth learning and promoting.
