摘要
目的分析乳腺纤维腺瘤联合囊性增生的中药汤剂与西医常规联合治疗。方法随机选取2013年6月—2015年8月于我院接受治疗的乳腺纤维腺瘤联合囊性增生患者98例,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组与观察组。对照组采取单行瘤体连同增生组织整体切除手术治疗,观察组配合中药汤剂择期行局灶切除术,比较2组患者的治疗情况、复发率及乳房改变情况。结果 (1)观察组治疗总有效率91.84%,对照组为73.47%,2组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组无复发率,对照组复发率10.20%,2组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组无乳房形态改变,对照组乳房形态改变发生率12.24%,2组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药汤剂与西医常规联合治疗乳腺纤维腺瘤联合囊性增生疗效显著,对乳房形态改变小,且复发率低,临床上值得推广。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Western medicine in the treat-ment of breast fibroadenoma with cystic hyperplasia. Methods 98 cases of breast fibroadenoma with cystic hyperplasia in our hospital were randomly selected. According to the random number table method, all patients were divided into the control group and the ob-servation group. The control group was treated with single tumor body together with the whole tissue hyperplasia resection. The obser-vation group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction undergoing focal resection. The treatment, relapse rate and breast shape change of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 91.84 %and 73.47%, respectively, and the difference of two groups was statistical significant（ P〈0.05）. No recurrence in the observation group, the recurrence rate of the control group was 10.20%, and the difference of two groups was statistical significant（ P〈0.05）.The observation group had no breast shape change, and the incidence of breast shape change of the control group was 12.24 %, and the difference was significant between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Western medicine routine combined therapy in the treatment of breast fibroadenoma with cystic hyperplasia has significant effect, the breast shape changed little, and the recurrence rate is low.
