摘要
目的分析针药结合治疗2型糖尿病末梢神经病变的实用性。方法 2014年3月—2015年3月期间,来该院治疗的2型糖尿病末梢神经病变的患者有86例,将其划分为实验组和对照组,各43例,对照组患者采用常规控血糖治疗,实验组患者在常规控血糖治疗的基础上结合中药益活通络汤与针灸治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组;实验组在治疗肢端麻醉、肢端疼痛等临床症状的治疗有效率明显高于对照组;实验组肌电图疗效明显优于对照组。结论中药针灸结合治疗协同增效,实现优势互补,实现补益肝肾、活血化瘀,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective Practical analysis combined with acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral nerve lesions. Methods 2014 March to 2015 during March to 86 cases of patients of our hospital for the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy, divided into the experimental group and the control group, 43 cases in each. The control group were treated with conventional controlled blood glucose treatment, the patients in the experimental group on the basis of conventional control blood sugar treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yi live Tongluo Decoction and acupuncture treatment, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than the control group; the treatment of clinical symptoms of the experimental group in the treatment of acral anesthesia, pain in the extremities, effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group;experimental group electromyography curative effect is obviously superior to the control group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture treatment of synergistic, complementary advantages, tonifying the liver and kidney, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, remarkable curative effect, is worth the clinical promotion.
