摘要
目的探讨系统化护理干预在肛裂术后便秘中的应用效果。方法选取我院100例肛裂术后便秘患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施系统化护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者术后3 d排便、粪便质硬、肛门阻塞感比例少于对照组,排便情况明显改善,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论系统化护理干预在肛裂术后便秘中的应用效果较好。
Objective To investigate the application effect of systematic nursing intervention on postoperative anal fissure in the constipation.Methods 100 cases of postoperative anal fissure constipation were randomly divided as control group and observation group in our hospital,50 cases in each group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing,the observation group implementing systematic nursing,the nursing effect of the two groups of patients were observed.Results Control group of patients with postoperative3 d defecation,fecal matter,the proportion of anal obstruction was less than the control group,defecation was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05.Conclusion The application effect of systematic nursing intervention in postoperative anal fissure constipation is good.
