摘要
人血白蛋白具有多种生理功能的非糖基化血浆蛋白,目前对于其临床应用多作为营养支持,从而维持机体的氮平衡,并加快组织损伤的修复,同时有效保护了血管上皮的屏障功能,减轻炎症反应,对于远端组织和器官的保护起到重要作用。本文综述了近年来国内外关于人血白蛋白在临床疾病中应用的研究,并简单阐述了其病理生理机制。
Human blood albumin is a kind of glycosylation plasma protein with many physiological functions, for its clinical application for nutrition support, in order to maintain the nitrogen balance of the body, to speed up the repair of tissue damage, and can effectively enhance vascular epithelial barrier function, for the protection of distal tissues and organs play an important role, reduce the occurrence of side effects. In this paper reviewed about the human blood albumin in the study of the application of the clinical disease, and pathological and physiological mechanisms.
