摘要
目的研究并分析品管圈在门诊药房管理中的应用效果。方法根据门诊药房实际情况,制定相应的品管方法和措施,实施到药房管理中去,并对实施前后的易出错问题及指标进行收集和统计学分析。结果实施品管圈对门诊病房管理后,门诊处方调配差错率较前明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);门诊患者满意度较前显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊药房开展品管圈活动可以有效地发现和改善门诊药房存在的问题,提高药剂师的工作热情和责任心,有效地降低药品调配差错率和提高患者对门诊诊疗的满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle activities in outpatient pharmacy management. Methods Corresponding methods and measures of quality control circle were formulated and implemented to outpatient pharmacy management according to the actual circumstance of outpatient pharmacy. Then, error-prone problem and indicators in activities before and after were collected. And these data were analyzed statistically by us. Results After the quality control circle activities were applied, the error rate decreased significantly and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Outpatients satisfaction improved significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclution The practice of quality control circle program have helped to reduce the rate of error and improved the quality of pharmaceutical service.
