摘要
该文研究了实验室条件下,不同pH值、赤霉素(GA3)浓度和光照时间对白芷种子萌发的影响。结果表明:白芷种子对pH值具有广泛的适应性,在pH5.0~9.0均可萌发,其中以pH7.0~8.0条件下萌发率较高;用150mg·L-1的GA3浸种处理6h更有利于白芷种子的萌发;白芷种子在有光的条件下和黑暗条件下均能萌发,其中以光照12h·d^(-1)条件下的萌发率最高。白芷种子萌发效果的最佳组合为:用150mg·L^(-1)的GA3浸种处理6h,播种在pH7.0~8.0条件下,进行光照12h·d^(-1)处理。
The influences of different pH value,concentration of GA3 and illumination time on Angelica dahurica seed germination were studied under laboratory conditions. The conditions included five pH values(pH5.0,6.0,7.0, 8.0,and 9.0),five concentration gradients(50mg·L^-1,100mg·L^-1,150mg·L^-1,200mg·L^-1,250mg·L^-1)and seven illumination treatments(12h,14h,16h,18h,20h,full illumination and full dark). The results showed that A.dahurica seed had extensive adaptability to solution pH values from 5.0 to 9.0,but under the condition of pH 7.0-8.0,germination rate was higher. Seed-soaking with 150mg · L^-1 GA3 solution for 6h increased the seed germination rate of A. dahurica significantly. The seed of A.dahurica was light neutral and would sprout under the condition of light or dark,but it germinated best with illumination time of 12h · d^-1. We concluded that A.dahurica seed germinated best under the following conditions,seed-soaking with 150mg·L^-1 GA3 solution;under the condition of pH 7.0-8.0;illumination time of 12h·d^-1.
