摘要
目的:分析中药保留灌肠法治疗黄疸型肝炎的效果。方法:选择2014年3月-2016年1月笔者所在医院收治的黄疸型肝炎患者56例为研究对象。按照电脑随机双盲法原理将56例患者分成试验组和对照组,每组28例。两组都予以基础治疗,试验组同时加用中药保留灌肠法。观察两组临床症状的改善情况,比较两组ALT与TBIL水平及住院时间。结果:试验组用药后的ALT水平为(35.2±6.8)U/L、TBIL水平为(33.1±6.4)mmol/L,低于对照组的(52.6±7.3)U/L、(51.8±8.7)mmol/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为96.43%,高于对照组为85.71%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住院天数(6.2±1.3)d,明显短于对照组的(8.3±1.9)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄疸型肝炎者用中药保留灌肠法效果好,有助于患者肝功能的快速恢复,缩短住院时间。
Objective：To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in the treatment of jaundice hepatitis.Method：56 patients with jaundice hepatitis in our hospital from March 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of random double blind method,56 cases were divided into experimental group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with basic treatment,while the experimental group was treated with retention enema with traditional Chinese medicine at the same time.The improvement of clinical symptoms in the two groups were observed,the levels of ALT and TBIL and the hospital stays were compared between the two groups.Result：The level of ALT in the experimental group was （35.2±6.8）U/L,and the TBIL level was （33.1±6.4）mmol/L,which were higher than （52.6±7.3）U/L,（51.8±8.7）mmol/L of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.43%,higher than 85.71%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The length of stay of the experimental group was （6.2±1.3）d,shorter than （8.3±1.9）d of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Jaundice hepatitis patients with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema method has good effect,it is good for patients’fast recovery of liver function and can shorten the length of hospital time.
