摘要
为了解当前医科类高校实验室文化建设现状,探索影响研究生对实验室文化氛围满意度的导师因素,本研究采用自编的调查问卷,以上海某高校医科院所2015届毕业生为调研对象开展课题研究,发现导师的学术水平、导师与学生的学术交流和导师对学生的关心是影响实验室文化建设的关键因素。该研究结果为医科实验室文化建设提供了可靠的参考。
To study the cultural construction of laboratory in medical universities and explore the role of supervisors in construction of laboratory culture, the survey was conducted through self-made questionnaire on medical graduating students in 2015 from certain medical university in Shanghai. It is demonstrated that three aspects, the supervisors' academic level, communication between supervisors and students, and concern tor students, are signiticantly correlated with laboratory cultural construction. Based on the results, our study contributes to the construction of laboratory culture in medical universities.
