超轻高效A级防火水泥基保温材料的技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 制备了超轻高效A级防火水泥基保温材料,根据材料的用途和工程实际需要,按干密度划分为120、50 kg/m3两个等级,并确定了最佳技术指标。相比于传统的水泥基保温材料,超轻高效A级防火水泥基保温材料的干密度更低,抗压强度更高,导热系数更小;相比于有机保温材料,超轻高效A级防火水泥基保温材料的保温效果与之接近,燃烧性能为A级不燃,是一种新型、绿色、节能、环保的无机防火保温新材料。 Ultralight efficiency class A fire-resistant cement-based insulating material is prepared. According to the project actual purpose and the use of materials, dry density can be divided into 120.50 kg/m3 models,and the optimal technical indicators can be confirmed. Compared to traditional cement-based insulation materials,ultralight efficiency class A fire-resistant cementitious insulating material have lower dry density,higher compressive strength, smaller thermal conductivity compared with organic insulating materials, uhra-light high performance class A fire-resistant cemenfitious insulation material has similar heat-insulation effect, with class A non-combustible flammability,it is a new,green,energy-saving, environmentally-friendly inorganic fireproof insulation material.
