摘要
为研究粘贴纤维复合材加固用环氧结构胶的力学性能,采用正交试验设计对关键组分进行优化。结果表明:稀释剂对结构胶的抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、钢对钢拉伸抗剪强度影响最大,固化剂对结构胶的抗压强度和抗弯强度影响最显著;当环氧树脂EP1为70份、EP2为30份、活性稀释剂BGE为15份、硅微粉为120份、增韧剂为7.5份、固化剂为30份(质量份)时,结构胶的断裂伸长率最优,达1.72%,抗拉强度达44.1 MPa,抗压强度102.8 MPa,抗弯强度76.8 MPa,钢对钢拉伸抗剪强度31.4 MPa,满足粘贴纤维复合材加固用结构胶的使用要求。
In order to study on the mechanical performance of the epoxy structural adhesive for strengthening bonded fiber-reinforced polymer(FRP),the key ingredients have been optimized by orthogonal design. The result shows that, the diluent was the most important factor for tensile strength,elongation at break,tensile shear strength of structural adhesive,and the curing agent was the most important factm" for compressive strength, bending strength of structural adhesive. When the EP1 was 70,the EP2 was 30,the BGE content was 15,silica powder was 120,toughener was 7.5,curing was 30(Wt),the structural adhesive had the best elongation at break,and could meet standard request of the structural adhesive for strengthening bonded FRP, the elongation at break,tensile strength, compressive strength, bending strength and tensile shear strength was 1.72%, 44.1 MPa, 102.8 MPa, 76.8 MPa, 31.4 MPa.
