辽河特细砂混凝土配合比确定及抗压强度分析 被引量:5

摘要 为改善中粗砂资源匮乏的问题,利用辽河流域丰富的特细砂资源,对比分析不同水灰比及不同砂率对混凝土和易性及抗压强度的影响,并从中选出特细砂混凝土的最优配合比,据此配制C30特细砂混凝土,与同配合比下的中砂混凝土进行抗压强度对比试验。试验结果表明,水灰比和砂率是影响混凝土强度的主要因素;相同水灰比下,适当调整砂率,可使其抗压强度满足不同强度等级要求;C30特细砂混凝土的最优水灰比为0.45,砂率为0.33;特细砂混凝土拌合物的和易性及硬化后的试件抗压强度均满足工程要求,有效解决了中粗砂资源匮乏的问题。 In order to solve the problem of lack of resources in the medium sand,using rich resources of super-fine sand in Liaohe basin,the influence of different water-cement ratio and different sand ratio on the concrete's workability and compressive strength were comparative analysis.And the best super-fine sand concrete mix proportion was picked out.Then C30super-fine sand concrete was made up.Finally,the comparative strength experiment with medium sand concrete was carried out under the same mix ratio.The test results show that the main factor of influencing the strength of concrete is water-cement ratio and sand ratio;in the same water-cement ratio,the compressive strength can meet the requirements of different strength grade by appropriately adjusting the rate of sand.The best water-cement ratio of C30super-fine sand concrete is 0.45,and the sand ratio is 0.33.The super-fine sand concrete mixture workability and compressive strength of hardened specimens meet the requirements of the project,which solves the problem of lack of medium sand resources effectively.
