摘要
以牛磺酸和多糖肽为原料,对牛磺酸多糖肽复合固体运动饮料的研制工艺进行研究,结果表明,牛磺酸多糖肽复合固体运动饮料研制条件:磺酸提取液和多糖肽提取液的添加体积比为1︰1,牛磺酸和多糖肽添加量为9%,玉米糊精添加量为2.25%,蔗糖添加量为11%,柠檬酸添加量为0.06%。
Using taurine and polysaccharide peptide as raw material, mainly discuss the process of compound solid sport beverage from taurine and polysaccharide peptide. The results showed that the best ratio of taurine and polysaccharide peptide extract was 1 : 1. The optimum process condition of compound solid sport beverage from taurine and polysaccharide peptide was determined, such as taurine and polysaccharide peptide content for 9%, corn dextrin for 2.25%, sucrose content for 11%, citric acid content for 0.06%.
