Robust optimization model of mutual slot purchase for container liner alliance

摘要 针对集装箱班轮联盟的舱位互租决策问题,考虑需求的不确定性,构建班轮联盟舱位互租鲁棒优化模型,优化舱位互租量以及每个航段之间的舱位数.为求解模型,设计基于Benders分解的求解算法,并采用算例对模型与算法的有效性进行验证.结果表明,舱位互租与舱位分配的同步优化可以提高航线收益,鲁棒优化方法可以有效处理联盟航线运营调度中的不确定性. To tackle the slot purchase decision under liner alliance,a robust optimization mode of slot purchase was developed considering the demand uncertainty. The objective was to optimize the slot purchase and the slot allocation of an alliance member. To solve the model,an algorithm based on Benders decomposition was designed. Numerical experiments were provided to illustrate the validity of the proposed model and algorithms. Results indicate that the integrated optimizing of slot allocation and purchase can increase the profits of liners. Meanwhile,the robust optimization method can tackle the uncertainty of alliance airline operations scheduling.
