摘要
利用功效函数研究车辆排放对大气污染的测定问题.通过在不同地点测定车辆排放强度,构建车辆排放强度之间的关联函数式,探索交通运行状况下车辆排放具有的时空相关性.在此基础上,获得机动车各种排放污染物的单车排放因子,构建车辆排放诊断方法.并在分析机动车排放特性和规律的基础上,构建车辆排放的测度指标体系,建立基于功效函数的机动车排放综合测度模型,提出车辆排放的测度方法.应用结果表明,该模型不但能够界定车辆排放对大气污染的评估问题,而且能有效评估汽车尾气排放水平,并对解决车辆排放对大气污染的治理问题有较好的指导意义和实用价值.
The efficacy influence function was used to monitor air pollution due to vehicle emissions. The vehicle emission intensities at different locations were measured to construct the function formula of the vehicle emission intensity for the purpose of studying the spatial-temporal correlation of vehicle emissions under certain traffic conditions. On this basis,the emission factors of various emissions for every vehicle were obtained,and the determination method for vehicle emissions was constructed. Based on the analysis on the characteristics and laws of vehicle emissions,the measurement index system of vehicle emissions was constructed,a comprehensive measurement model for vehicle emissions was proposed by using the efficacy influence function,and the measurement method for vehicle emissions was set up. The application results showthat the model can define the measurements of vehicle emissions on air pollution and assess the level of vehicle emissions. It also has good guiding significance and practical value for solving the pollution control of vehicle emissions.
