摘要
目的探讨内源性、非感染性、复发性葡萄膜炎的治疗方法和临床效果。方法使用糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺治疗葡萄膜炎46例(65眼)。其中前葡萄膜炎14眼(21.54%)、中间葡萄膜炎2例2眼(3.08%)、后葡萄膜炎18眼(27.69%)、全葡萄膜炎31眼(47.69%)。定期门诊随访以及化验检查,预防药物不良反应的发生。结果显效51眼(78.46%),有效12眼(18.46%),无效2例2眼(3.08%),无恶化病例发生。总有效率为96.92%。药物不良反应主要是:轻度血白细胞减少者3例(6.52%),轻度血红蛋白下降者2例(4.35%),轻度肝功能损害者5例(10.87%),血糖升高者3例(6.52%),血压升高者2例(4.35%),无其它严重不良反应发生。结论对于内源性、非感染性、复发性葡萄膜炎患者,排除禁忌症,使用糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺治疗效果良好。
Objective To discuss the method and clinical effect of the treatment for the endogenous, non - infectious, recurrent uveitis. Methods Totally 46 cases （65 eyes） of patients with uveitis were treated with glucocorticoid com- bined eyclophosphamide. Including anterior uveitis 9 cases 14 eyes （21.54%）, intermediate uveitis in 2 cases 2 eyes （3.08%）, posterior uveitis 14 cases 18 eyes （27.69%）, and Panuveitis 21 cases 31 eyes （47. 69% ）. Outpatient fol- low - up on a regular basis, and taking laboratory tests to prevent the happening of the drug side effects. Results Totally 51 eyes （78.46%） were markedly effective, effective 12 eyes （ 18.46% ）, 2 cases failed 2 eyes （3.08%）, no worse case occurred. The total effective rate was 96. 92%. Mainly drug side effects： mild blood leukopenia in 3 patients （6. 52% ）, mild anemia in 2 cases （4. 35% ）, mild liver function damage in 5 cases （10. 87% ）, high blood sugar in 3 patients （6. 52% ） and high blood pressure in 2 cases （4. 35% ）. No other serious side effects occur. Conclusion The therapy effect of using glucocorticoid with eyclophosphamide for endogenous, non - infectious, recurrent uveitis patients is good.
