摘要
积极"走出去"参与国际竞争是我国煤炭企业破解当前发展困境的有效途径。通过分析影响我国煤炭企业海外投资环境的因素,并根据评价指标体系的构建原则,构建了评价指标体系,为煤炭企业评估海外投资环境提供了参考依据。
Actively ＂go globe＂ to participate the international competition would be an effective access for China coal enterprises to break the present development dilemma.With the analysis on the factors affected to the overseas investment environment of China coal enterprises and according to the establishing principle of the evaluation index system,the evaluation index was established to provide the reference basis to evaluate the overseas investment environment for the coal enterprises.
