摘要
黑龙江省西部地区文化传承数据库,是齐齐哈尔大学图书馆利用资源优势自建的特色数据库。该库对当地少数民族文化的传承,地方科教、文化、旅游行业的发展以及区域经济的建设等方面具有十分重要的意义。本论文阐述了该数据库的建库背景,重点探讨了如何利用TPIV6.0进行特色库设计以及建库的流程和方法等。
Qiqihar University Library has constructed the cultural heritage database for western regions of Heilongjiang by using its resource advantages, and it is of great significance for promoting science and education, culture, tourism and local economic development. This paper expounded the background of database construction, and proposed to use TPIV6.0 to design characteristic library and introduced the specific processes and methods.
