摘要
边疆治理是当前我国边疆学研究和政治学研究的新领域。随着学者们对新的边疆形态的揭示,有必要对不同形态的边疆及其治理活动进行深化研究。陆地边疆是我国最重要的边疆形态,其治理成效对国家战略目标的实现具有重大影响。以往对陆地边疆及其治理的研究多囿于边疆史地的学术视野,研究方法基本上都是沿袭历史学的方法,不能适应国家对当下陆疆治理的现实需要。以政治学的研究视野和方法对陆疆治理进行再审视和再研究,设计陆疆治理的愿景和价值,建构陆疆治理的新模式,特别是以陆疆重大公共问题为导向进行治理策略的创新,对当前国家展开陆疆治理的实践有重要参考价值。
Borderland administration is a new field in the borderland studies and political science in China. With new understandings of the forms of borderland, it is necessary to further the related stud- ies, especially its administration. The land border is the most important borderland form in our country,and the effects of its administration have a great influence on the realization of the strategic goals of China. The previous studies on land borders and their administration are usually confined to the aca- demic vision of history and geography, whose approaches are basically the imitation of historical stud- ies and inadequate for the current land-border administration of China. The reexamination and restudy of the land-border administration in the perspective of political science will help construct the blueprint and new models for China＇ s land-border administration, especially helpful to the innovation of the strategic administration with a focus on the key public issues,and improve China＇s future land-border administration.
