摘要
目的了解单纯切除术与其联合球结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉的复发及角膜干凹斑发生情况。方法选取2013年4月—2015年4月该院收治的翼状胬肉患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各39例。观察组给予翼状胬肉切除联合游离自体球结膜瓣移植术治疗,对照组给予翼状胬肉单纯切除术治疗。对比两组治疗后病情复发率和角膜干凹斑发生率情况。结果观察组术后翼状胬肉复发及角膜干凹斑发生情况均显著低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉切除联合游离自体球结膜瓣移植术治疗翼状胬肉具有显著效果,能够有效减少病情复发和降低角膜干凹斑发生率。
Objective To understand the recurrence of pterygium treated by simple excision com-bined with conjunctival flap transplantation and the occurrence of corneal dellen. Methods From April 2013 to April 2015 , 78 cases of pterygium were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 39 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with pterygium excision com-bined with free autogenous conjunctival flap transplantation. The control group was treated with simple excision of pterygium. The recurrence rate and the incidence of corneal dellen were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results In the observation group, the recurrence of pterygium and the occurrence of corneal dellen were significantly lower than those of the control group. The difference was significant （ P 〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion Pterygium excision combined with free autogenous conjunctival flap transplantation in the treatment of pterygium has significant effect, and can effectively reduce the re-currence of the disease and the incidence of corneal dellen.
