摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在老年腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗患者中的影响。方法选取2013年1月至2015年12月接受治疗的腰椎压缩性骨折的老年患者80例,采用随机数字表法将纳入观察的80例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。2组患者均采用腰椎压缩性骨折保守治疗常规进行治疗,对照组按照传统护理常规进行护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上进行综合护理干预。在患者住院的第32天观察2组患者的腰部活动、疼痛情况及便秘、肺部感染的发生率。结果观察组患者的腰部活动、疼痛情况及腹胀、便秘、呼吸道感染的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论综合性护理干预用于老年腰椎骨折保守治疗患者效果较好,有利于腰背肌的功能恢复,减少并发症的发生,促进患者的早日康复,改善预后。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on conservative treatment of senile lumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods Eighty elderly patients received conservative treatment for lumbar vertebral compression fractures between January 2013 and December 2015.These patients were randomly given routine nursing care（control group,n=40）or in combination with comprehensive nursing intervention（observation group,n=40）.The waist motion,pain situation and incidence of constipation and pulmonary infection were observed on the 32 nd day of hospitalization.Results Compared with control group,the incidence of lumbar pain,abdominal distension,constipation and respiratory tract infection significantly decreased in observation group（P0.01）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the recovery of back muscle function,reduce the incidence of complications,accelerate the rehabilitation and improve the prognosis in elderly patients receiving conservative treatment for lumbar vertebral compression fractures.
