摘要
概述了空泡腐蚀的机理及其影响因素。介绍了抗空蚀金属涂层的制备技术。重点综述了聚氨酯弹性体和聚脲弹性体抗空蚀有机涂层的研究进展,并与抗空蚀金属涂层的防护性能进行了对比。探讨了抗空蚀涂层技术的发展方向。
The mechanism and influence factors of cavitation erosion were summarized. The preparation technology of metal coating with cavitation erosion resistance was introduced. The research progress on the cavitation erosion resistant organic coating from polyurethane elastomer and polyurea elastomer were emphatically summarized. In addition, the contrast of protection performance between organic coating mentioned above and metal coating were conducted. The development direction of cavitation erosion resistant coating were discussed.
