摘要
含氧煤层气脱水工序属于独立、闭环的工艺段,脱水效果直接影响后续工艺能否连续生产,正常工况下必须使其自动运行方能达到脱水效果。针对脱水工艺段的塔器数量和程控阀门数量及功能配置设计做出优化的脱水工段自动控制方案。
Coal-bed gas dehydration process belongs to the independent loop, the effect of dehydration directly affects the follow-up process. In order to achieve the effect of dehydration, the dehydration process should be realized automation control under normal condition. According to the configuration design of tower dehydration process of the numbers of towers and program-control led valves and their functional configuration, the optimum scheme of automatic control of dehydration process is determined.
