摘要
目的:以社区居民为调查对象,从个体角度了解河南省鹿邑县农村全科医疗现状,对鹿邑县全科医疗的实施、取得的成就、现存的问题及影响因素等进行科学评估和优化浅析。以鹿邑县为样本,为发展农村全科医疗提供资料依据和意见参考。方法:采用实地走访和问卷调查相结合的方法。结果:居民对全科医疗服务满意度偏低。结论:农村全科医疗取得了一定成绩,但总体进程缓慢,不足以满足居民医疗需求,农村全科医疗体系亟待完善。
Objective： To survey the current situations of general medicine in the countryside of Luyi. To explore the necessity of general medicine＇s practice, and to assess the practice, efficacy, main existing problems and influence factors so as to provide reference for the development of rural general medicine. Methods： By adopting the combination of interview and questionnaire investigation method. Result： The satisfaction of general medical service is low. The current rural general medical status is not optimistic, the process of the implementation of general medical is slowing; general medical health system needs to be set up and improve in rural areas. Conclusion： Rural general medical had made some achievements, but the overall process is slow, insufficient to meet the medical needs of the residents. At present, the problems of rural general medical are outstanding. Establish and improve the general medical and health service system to improve the rural medical environment, promoting medical health service system reform and rural residents’ health security interests, etc. It is of great significance. Suggesting related department to take concrete measures to promote rural general health sustained, in-depth development.
