摘要
文章基于对成都市青羊区居家养老模式发展现状的分析,探讨了青羊区居家养老取得的成效与存在的问题,最后,从增强政府发展居家养老动力、建立多元化资金供给体系、提高护理人员素质以及完善相关法律法规等方面提出相应的优化对策。
Based on the current development of Qingyang District＇s home-care for the aged,this paper discusses the effectiveness and the existing problems of community-based care for the old in Qingyang District. Finally,to propose appropriate policy by enhancing the government＇s power for the development of home-care,establishing a diversified funding supply system,and improving nurses＇ quality as well as relevant laws and regulations.
