摘要
采用复合铝皂稠化食品级白矿油制备了食品级润滑脂,研究了产品配方组成比例及生产工艺条件对润滑脂性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜分析了食品级润滑脂的皂纤维结构,研究结果显示本论文研制的食品级润滑脂性能达到了国外同类产品的水平。
A food-grade lubricant grease was prepared by complex aluminum soap thickening food-grade white mineral oil. The influence of raw material proportion and preparation technology on grease pe-rformance were discussed. The fiber structure of food-grade grease was also analyzed by scanning electr-on microscopy. According to the research result, the food-grade grease properties developed by this articlehas attained the level of foreign similar products.
