摘要
磷肥废水主要由磷矿的浮选工艺和制酸、制肥工艺中产生,因含有大量的矿泥颗粒、胶体物质、固体悬浮物而无法直接排放或高效回收利用。文章采用超滤膜装置处理磷肥废水,脱除废水中的矿泥颗粒、固体悬浮物等,从而降低磷肥废水的浊度,为磷肥废水的排放和回收利用提供基础。实验结果表明:超滤膜可有效的脱除磷肥废水的浊度,经超滤膜装置处理后的废水浊度都≤1 NTU,可以满足排放和回收利用的浊度要求。
Phosphate wastewater is mainly produced during the phosphate ore and acid production, because it contains a lot of slime particles, colloid substances, suspended solids to direct discharge and recycling utilization. The paper adopts Ultra filtration membrane device removing mud particles and suspended solids in the wastewater, so as to reduce the turbidity of phosphate fertilizer wastewater, and provide the basis for the discharge and recycling of phosphate fertilizer wastewater. The experimental results show that the turbidity of the ultrafiltration membrane can effectively remove phosphorus wastewater, ultrafiltration apparatus in the treatment of waste water turbidity is less than or equal to 1 NTU can meet the requirements of emissions and recycling of turbidity.
