摘要
目的分析和识别建设项目工艺过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素及其主要环节,预测可能造成的职业病危害及程度,确定该项目职业病危害类别。方法选择与该建设项目类似的企业进行类比调查,综合运用检查表法、类比法进行分析评价。结果建设项目"总体布局"、"生产工艺和设备布局"、"职业卫生管理"等方面基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》的要求。"建筑物卫生学"、"职业病危害防护设施"、"辅助用室"、"个人使用的职业病防护用品"、"应急救援"、"职业卫生专项经费概算"等方面还需要补充完善。结论本项目属职业病危害严重项目。在初步设计时要落实各种职业病防护设施及控制职业病危害的补救措施,加强职业卫生管理,落实职业卫生经费,本建设项目在职业病危害控制方面可行。
Objective To analyse and identify the construction project's occupational-disease-inductive factors in the process and its main part, predict the occupational-disease-inductive factors and degree of determine the type of the project occupational disease hazards. Methods Selecting the analogy with the construction project of similar enterprises, the integrated use of checklist method, analogy method for analysis and evaluation. Results Construction projects in "general layout", "production process and equipment layout", "occupational health management" and so on basic conform to the requirements of health standard for design of industrial enterprises. " building hygiene", " occupational disease hazard prevention facilities", "room", "the individual-used occupational-disease-prevention articles", "emergency rescue", "estimate" special occupational health funds still need complement. Conclusion This project belongs to the occupational-disease-inductive serious project. During the preliminary design it is important to carry out a variety of occupational-disease-prevention facilities and control of occupational disease hazards of remedial measures, and strengthen occupational health management, to ensure the occupational health funding. This project is feasible in the terms of occupational disease hazard control.
