摘要
研究了在矿渣、粉煤灰、氧化镁及硅灰制备的水泥中掺入碳酸钠对水泥制品早期强度及p H值的影响。借助XRD和TG-RTG进行测试分析的结果表明,用粉煤灰、矿渣、氧化镁及硅灰制备的水泥水化产物主要是水化硅酸镁(M-S-H)、水化硅酸钙(C-S-H)、碳酸类凝胶等。当碱激发剂(Na2CO3)用量为10%时,对水泥的激发效果最为显著。
This article investigates the influence of different dosages of Na2CO3 on the early strength and PH value of mixture cement made from fly ash ( FA), slag (AAFS), reactive magnesia (MgO) and silica fume (SiO2). With the aid of XRD and TG - RTG analysis, it finds that the hydrated product mainly consists of magnesium - silicate - hydrate gel ( M - S - H) , calcium - silicate - hydrate gel ( C - S - H) and so on, and that the best activating effect can be obtained with 10% Na2CO3.
