摘要
紧凑型板式蒸发空冷器蒸发板束上水膜分布采用逆风布膜方式,解决了板式蒸发空冷器蒸发板束、预冷板束不同轴及设备宽布置空间大的问题。以兰州石化分公司80万t/a重整装置重整产物空冷器为例,介绍了此蒸发空冷器设计参数、选型计算、性能比较及应用效果。工业应用结果表明,此设备具有传热效率高、结构紧凑、布置空间小、操作费用低及运行周期较长的显著特点。
The compact plate evaporation air cooler used the inverse distribution of waterfilm on the evaporator plate beam,it solved the problems such as the misalignment between evaporator plate beam and precooling plate beam,large area occupied on plate evaporation air cooler.In the case of reforming products air cooler from reforming unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company unit to 80 ×10^4 t/a,a detailed description was made to the designed parameter,selected calculation,performance and applied effect of compact and plate evaporation air cooler.The applied effect in industry showed that the equipment had high heat transfer efficiency,compact structure,small layout space,low operation cost,safe and reliable operation for a long period of time.
