超宽带变频组件的容差分析

摘要 介绍了电子线路容差分析的基本原理,采用蒙特卡罗模拟方法对6.0~18.0GHz超宽带微波变频组件电路进行容差特性分析,针对组件链路中功率增益和噪声系数,提出新的优化思路,并给出了相关器件参数的容差范围。模拟结果表明,调整元器件的重要参数,可以改变容差特性。研究为提高组件的可靠性提供了很好的参考依据。 This paper introduces the basic principle of tolerance analysis for electronic circuit,uses Monte Carlo analog method to analyze the tolerance characteristics of 6.0~18.0GHz ultra-wideband microwave frequency conversion subassembly circuit,puts forward a new optimization thought aiming at the power gain and noise coefficient in subassembly link,and gives the parameter tolerance range of interrelated devices.The simulation results demonstrate that adjusting the key parameters of the components can change the tolerance characteristics.The research in this paper provides good reference basis for raising the subassembly reliability.
