不同内固定方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效及护理观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨分析不同内固定方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床和护理效果。方法 84例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各42例。观察组给予股骨近端髓内钉治疗,对照组给予动力髋螺钉治疗,均给予相应护理。对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组优良率为95.24%,高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量、手术时间、术后引流量及切口长度等临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折效果显著,给予相应的护理干预措施有利于缩短骨折愈合时间,提高患者手术耐受性,促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To investigate and analyze clinical and nursing effects by different fixation means in the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods A total of 84 senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The observation group received proximal femoral nail for treatment, and the control group received dynamic hip screw. Both groups received corresponding nursing, and their curative effects were compared. Results The observation group had higher good rate as 95.24% than 71.43% of the control group (P〈0.05). The observation group had all better clinical indexes of intraoperative bleeding volume, operation time, postoperative drainage volume, and incision length than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Proximal femoral nail provides precise effect in treating senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture, and implement of corresponding nursing can shorten fracture healing time, improve operation tolerance, and accelerate early rehabilitation in patients. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
