摘要
目的探究经皮肾镜结合辅助方法治疗复杂肾结石的临床效果。方法 40例复杂肾结石患者作为观察对象,采用经皮肾镜结合辅助方法来进行治疗。观察患者结石完全清除率以及并发症情况。结果本组40例患者中,结石一次清除28例,一次清除率为70.0%,二次手术后结石清除11例,总结石清除率达97.5%;在治疗后,出现13例并发症,并发症发生率为32.5%。结论经皮肾镜结合辅助方法治疗复杂肾结石,效果较好,结石清除率较高,有效缓解患者的症状,减少痛苦,具有较高的医学意义,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate clinical effect by percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with auxiliary method in the treatment of complex calculus of kidney. Methods A total of 40 patients with complex calculus of kidney as study subjects received percutaneous nephrolithotomy combined with auxiliary methods for treatment. Their complete clearance rate and complications were observed. Results Among the 40 cases, 28 cases had single clearance, with single clearance rate as 70.0%, and 11 cases had secondary clearance, as their complete clearance rate was 97.5%. After treatment, complicated occurred in 13 cases, with incidence of complications as 32.5%. Conclusion Combination of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and auxiliary method provides good effect and high clearance rate in treating complex calculus of kidney. This method effectively relieve symptoms and reduce pain, along with highly medical significance, and it is worth clinical promotion.
