摘要
由于我国尚未建立统一的刑事被害人国家救助制度,面对现阶段刑事犯罪数量多发、多数被害人未能得到合理赔偿、被害人及其家庭陷入经济困境的现状。从相关概念出发,讨论了建立该制度的必要性,并结合我国目前的经济发展水平,最后提出了建立刑事被害人国家救助制度的设想。
Because our country has not yet established a unified social relief system for victims of the criminal, we are in face of the situation with multiple criminal offence, with no reasonable compensation for victims and with victims and their family in economic plight. Starting from relevant concepts, thear ticle discusses the necessity of establishing the system, and combines it with our country＇s present eco nomic development level, and finally puts forward the idea to establish the social relief system for vic tiros of the criminal.
