反渗透膜应用于钢厂废水回用膜污染研究 被引量:2

摘要 以钢厂实际运行中污染的反渗透膜为研究对象,采用SEM、能谱分析(EDS)等方法对膜面污染物成分和碱洗所带出的污染物进行了分析。结果表明,反渗透膜表面的污染物主要为有机磷酸铝、钙、镁等元素组成的无机化合物和有机污染物。 Aimed on the fouling of RO membrane in the actual operation of mills,the contamination components of the membrane and caustic pollutants are analyzed by SEM and EDS methods. The results show that the main components of the RO membrane surface pollutants include organic aluminum phosphate and the inorganic contaminants composed of element Al,Ca,Mg and so on.
