摘要
在井下,采煤机骑在输送机上进行截煤作业。采煤机行走轮和输送机销轨间啮合,使采煤机行走。此系统称为综采工作面行走系统。输送机销轨和采煤机行走轮共同决定了此系统的寿命。以截距为147 mm系统的弦齿厚为研究对象,以ANSYS/LS-DYNA动力学分析软件为工具,提出了强度更高的综采工作面行走系统的设计,并验证了其正确性。
In mine, mine shearer mine on the scraper conveyer. The meshing of haulage unit and pin rail drive the mine shearer. This system is named haulage unit system. The life of system depends on the interaction of pin rail and haulage unit. As the research object,the chordal tooth tnickness is 147 mm. Use Dynamics analysis software lsdyna as tool, presents the design of higher intensity and verify the correctness
