摘要
指出了车辆配载调度环节是一个物流配送中心配送过程中的关键环节,为提高其运作效率,对客运站小件快运业务的车辆配载调度环节进行了研究。在货物可以转运的条件下,为达到货物处理总时间最短的目标,建立了车辆配载调度优化模型,然后通过改进的遗传算法求解,通过算例证明:该方法可以解决客运站小件快运业务中复杂的调度问题,可为决策者提供有效的决策策略。
Vehicle assembling and scheduling plays a key role during distribution process in a distribution center. To improve the operating efficiency, this paper studied the vehicle assembling and scheduling of small goods expressin- passenger station. The small goods express in passenger station involved two aspects. One aspect is the optimum combination of vehicle cargo assembling problem.The other is the optimal choice of vehicle route. These two aspects are interrelating. This paper discussed the problem supposing one passenger station, one destination and a number of routes. Under the condition that the goods can be transported, in order to achieve the lowest cost and time targets, vehicle assembling and scheduling optimization modelwas established, and theproblem would besolved by improved genetic algorithm. Finally, through examples to prove that the method could solve the complex passenger station ve- hicleassembling and scheduling problem. Meanwhile, we hoped it would provide effective strategies for policy makers.
