摘要
为评价一种新型拉挤型双腹板工字型玻璃纤维复合材料(Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer,简称GFRP)构件工程徐变特性,利用弹簧反力装置对GFRP构件进行了60d弯曲徐变试验研究。试验研究结果表明,GFRP构件在约为60%材料拉伸强度的应力水平下,徐变速度随时间降低;在持荷15 d内,GFRP构件徐变快速增长,跨中挠度增加了3.5%;至60 d,徐变速度降低到0,跨中挠度增加了5.6%。
To evaluate the long-term deformation of a new type of GFRP( Glass Fibre Reinforced Polymer) beam with pultruded I-section and double webs,the large-tonnage creep behaviors of the GFRP member are tested and studied by using a spring counterforce device. The results show that: under the stress level of 60% of the material tensile strength,the creep rates of the GFRP member decrease with time; during the first 15 days,the creep rates of GFRP member grow rapidly,and the mid-span deflection increases by 3. 5%; at the end of the test,up to 60 days,the creep rates diminish to zero,and the mid-span deflection increases by 5. 6%.
