术中配合在高龄患者行治疗性内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨术中配合在行治疗性内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)高龄患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析66例行ERCP高龄患者的临床资料,总结术中配合措施。结果:本组59例手术成功,其中34例行鼻胆管引流术(ENBD),1例行鼻胰管引流术(ENPD),7例行EST+扩张+取石+ENBD,3例行EST+取石+ENBD,1例行扩张+取石+ENBD,1例行金属支架引流术(EMBD),12例行塑料支架引流术(ERBD);失败7例,无穿孔、胰腺炎和心血管意外等严重并发症。结论:对行治疗性ERCP高龄患者给予有效的术中配合,可缩短手术操作时间,减轻患者痛苦,保证手术成功。
