摘要
以微小弧度壁板零件为研究对象,提出喷丸强化和喷丸成形同时进行的方法,解决了先喷丸成形后喷丸强化导致零件产生变形、先喷丸强化后喷丸成形导致成形困难的问题。所采用的喷丸工艺方法,适用于有喷丸强化要求并需要成形出微小弧度的壁板零件。
In this paper, a method of shot peening simultaneously with shot peening forming is proposed to solve the problem, viz. , the process of first shot peening forming then shot peening results in excessive deformation, and that of first shot peening then shot peening forming causes forming to be difficult. The proposed process is suitable for the panel parts with a small curvature.
