摘要
建立了单位波长吸光度改变量-分光光度法(AVW-S法),并研究了在减少浊度对总磷测定结果影响中的作用。在筛选的6个波段中,线性关系良好(≥0.9999),方法检出限在0.002~0.003 mg/L之间。实际样品的加标回收率在84.4%~115%范围内。与单波长法(SW-S法)和浊度补偿法(TC-SW-S法)相比,AVW-S法可显著减少样品浊度带来的正干扰,用于实际样品测定时具有更好的准确度。
An absorbance variation of unit wavelength-spectrophometry(AVW-S) method was established,and its function to reduce the influence of sample turbidity on analysis results of total phosphorus(TP) was discussed.In the6 wave bands correlation coefficient was good(≥ 0.9999) and the method detection limits were between 0.002 and0.003 mg/L.The recoveries of actual samples were in the range of 84.4% ~ 115%.Compared with single-wavelength spectrophotometric(SW-S) method and turbidity compensation spectrophotometric(TC-SW-S) method,AVW-S method could reduce the positive interference caused by sample turbidity,and have better accuracy for wastewater samples.
